Become a Facilitator in Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT):

A Systemic Constellation Training

Learn how to facilitate systemic constellations developed by Prof. Dr Franz Ruppert

Next Training Programme:  March 2026 - March 2027

Facilitator Training:

Join our year-long facilitator training in Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), which emerged out of Family Constellations. The training is designed to provide you with the understanding and practical skills needed to support others in working with trauma, identity and deeply held survival patterns. It offers a clear and supportive learning journey, helping you develop confidence in working with IoPT in group workshops as well as one-to-one sessions.

Led by experienced facilitator Katherina Kavungu, the programme combines online and in-person learning and is delivered across 9 modules over the course of one year. Participants develop the capacity to work in a structured, trauma-informed and ethically grounded way with complex emotional and relational dynamics. Whether you are new to this field or looking to deepen and refine your existing practice, the training offers a comprehensive learning and experiential journey that supports professional development and personal integration.

For participants who are already trained in Family Constellations following the work of Bert Hellinger, this training offers a complementary and expanded perspective. IoPT introduces a trauma-informed way of understanding and facilitating constellation processes, with a stronger focus on identity development, psychological splitting and trauma survival strategies. This can support greater clarity, safety and depth when working with constellation formats, particularly in complex or trauma-related themes.
